Bread Basket

Bread Basket                     5/16/2018

Like dropping bread crumbs
Along our path
The tiniest morsels of truth
Out of the mouths of prophets
Come the words of God.

I was born asleep
But I woke up in stages
A little more each day
The long way around.

But it is a far better thing
To love and to lose
Than it is to stay asleep
Safe inside a shell.

It is not about the suffering
Because even that is temporary
But rather about opportunity
And what you make it.

Fear is the only thing
That keeps us in the dark
As we cling to the shadows
Familiar and safe.

But as with all things
Stretching out has its risks
But even then
Most of it
Is in our head.

Evil wants us afraid
And evil wants us blind
Unable to see
And unable to grow.

It is all out there
Both the good
And the evil
But only for the seekers
Bold enough to know.

Bit by bit
And grain by grain
We gobble them up
Food for the soul.

Search it
And seek it
Unceasingly
And unafraid.

The glorious truth
Like water from a rock
Life to the good
But a terror
To the damned.

Three of Five

Three of Five     5/10/2018

Useless, Worthless
And tossed in the trash
With a mouthful of blood
And covered with ash.

Why do we lick our wounds?
Over and over again
Just because we can
And keep it always bleeding.

Picking at a scab
That never seems to heal
Another badge of  mortality
And human frailty.

I feel it all
As I look back in anger
Over my shoulder
Down and away.

Balefully putting on my armor
Piece by piece
Dead level determined
Come what may.

I was humbled
And I was rejected
Publically humiliated
Every chance they had.

But now it is over
And now the cost is clear
Free from the bondage
Of guilt and regret.

Staring down
Head up and straight
No longer afraid
Of what I cannot see.

Let them all waste
And let them all die
Flailing in their emptiness
And blind to the end.

Just like the three monkeys
Sitting in a row
Dumb, blind, deaf
Deadwood and down.

Out of the woods
And out of the valley
Free form the shadows
Dark and deathly.

Their time will come
Surely as I breathe
So now I laugh
Even before
I see or know.

Thanking God
For plucking me out
And bringing me home
Where all is authentic
And all is real.

To be there
At the foot of the throne
Eye ablaze
At judgment
Solid, swift, and sure.

Alphabet

Alphabet                                           5/1/2018

We grind forward
Inch by inch
Slow and agonizing
Like dragging metal
Up a concrete hill.

Sweating under the sun
And groaning under the weight
Straining as we pull
Obligation and debt.

Bread and stone
Milling down
Finer and finer
Slow and sure
Blood and bone.

Eleven hours
And seventeen letters
Minute by minute
Closer and closer.

The hidden revealed
For all who can see
The centuries of death
Gone in a day.

The harvest has come
So now let us eat
The fruit of the trees
That we have grown.

Ripened with time
We see and we know
All that is
And all that was.

Now more than ever
The brave will speak
Head up
And dead level.

Telephonic

Burner Phone                    4/26/2018

Any day
And any hour
All of the hidden
Exposed at last.

They thought
They were untouchable
And they thought
They couldn't lose.

The powerful
And the important
The arrogant
And the damned.

Soulless, empty,
And rotten to the core
Anything to win
And anything to prove.

Gloating over death
And walking over bodies
The remorseless murderers
And corrupted thieves.

Meeting in secret
In the service of satan
The powerful few
With contempt for the many.

It is you
And it is I
The ones they hate
And wish us dead.

Only as valuable
As our money can give
The guilty plunderers
Of nations and men.

The age old
Ursuper
They same now
As it was then.

Dripping form the mouth
They lust to kill us all
But first we must be defenseless
And that is what they demand.

How many have died
Voiceless in a heap
Mowed down in a ditch
Unheard and undefended.

Raped, bludgeoned,
Starved, and burned
The ashes of a century
They want us to forget.

Ugly are the fools
Who parrot the hate
Modern day bolshevicks
Dripping with blood.

Expose them all
And let none of them escape
Burning with hatred
For you and for me.

Cut Out

Cut out                       4/25/2018

Old dreams
Die the hardest
All to familiar
And etched on the brain.

Coded into our DNA
The longing for eternity
And the paradise
We once knew.

Fallen far below
We climb over each other
At war with ourselves
And slaughtered like sheep.

Asleep and unaware
We are herded off a cliff
Lied to every day
In every method
And every way.

Monetized
And traded
Tracked and digitized
We exist
Only for their pleasure.

Indoctrinated
and inoculated
We do as we are told
Ever more restricted
And ever more deluded.

It is no accident
The horrible carnage
We see
The created crises
And predictable cures.

Some saw it coming
And some tried to speak
Silenced in time
And dead to the world.

Let them all be smashed
And let the word go forth
All who were good
And all who were evil.

Exposed at last
In the trap
That they laid
Condemned by the lie
That they themselves
Hath made.

Rune Sword

Rune Sword              4/24/2018

I found a sword
At standing stone
Rusted, crusted
And left in the rain.

Scrubbed, scoured
Oiled and cleaned
I wedged it behind a bookcase
Idle and ready.

I added a gilded cross
and I wrote down the date
Sacred to thyself
By chance and memory.

Only God
Knows the reason
And only God
Knows my heart.

He who knew me
Long before I was
The one single thing
Against the odds of eternity.

God alone
Keeps me afloat
And God alone
Gives me bread.

With eyes to see
And a mind to ask
I see the world
Shudder and groan.

Under the weight
And under the gun
The evil hearts of men
Corrupt to the core.

Unimagineable the horror
And unspeakable the acts
Unnatural, evil
Satanic and dead.

Let it all come out
The truth like the sun
Cutting deep
And cutting through.
