Liars must plan

And liars must plot

Carefully practiced

Lest they be caught

And exposed. 

But the truth

Needs no preparation

And no manipulation

Flowing freely

Without notes

Or affectation. 

Fools follow

And run off a cliff

Consumed by hatred

And terminal

Self-delusion

Rats believe rats

And liars

Will do anything

Soulless, evil

Grasping, and corrupt. 

Pay for play

Around the back

And behind closed doors

Hand over fist

And under the table.

Doubled down

And doubled over

Tied up like a pretzel

To avoid exposure. 

They laugh at the good

And they mock the honest

Exposed before the world

For exactly what they are. 

Let the truth

Rain down

Like a curtain of fire

Burning away

All the murder

And deception. 

Someday soon

They will all fall down

One after another

Kicking, screaming,

And gnashing their teeth.
